UNDERSTANDING OUR NATURAL PAVING PRODUCTS
Calibrated: By machine cutting giving a consistent, nominal thickness. Plus It's easier to install calibrated stone than non-calibrated stone.
Flamed: The stone undergoes a flaming process to give texture.
Sawn: Cut to give a smooth, straight surface/edge.
Honed: Lightly polished to give a smooth finish.
Tumbled/Rumbled: Tumbled to give a weathered, aged, antique finish.
Hand Cut: Stone that has been hand split and left natural, leaving a flagstone that will vary in thickness.
