How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Any installation, cleaning or maintenance product should arrive the next working day if you've ordered by noon. If you order in the afternoon, please allow an extra day.

For larger orders needing a crane off, please allow around 3 working days.

If you've ordered a full pack of stone up-to 5 packs, normal delivery is 3 - 5 working days and you can pick your preferred date of collection within this time frame if you would like.

If you order a small quantity ie a split down pack, this usually takes an extra day to split the pieces out from the full pack.

We do offer a next day delivery service for full packs of stone and so if you need to order this please buy the extra service.

Resin - This takes 5-7 working days, as some colours need mixing from the standard colours to bespoke colours.

Artificial Grass - will take 3 working days for a full roll or 3-5 working days for grass cut down to size

Bespoke Projects and York Stone Flags from quarry- will take 2-3 weeks.

Can I pick the exact colour of my stone?

If you are requiring a specific colour only then you might prefer to choose a man made paving slab, because stone is a natural product, the colours as its brought out from the ground can vary in the block from the quarry and when its made into slabs.

This is particularly the case with our classicstone collection.  When you are installing the stone, particularly if you are buying more than a few packs, it is always recommended that the packs are mixed together to avoid problems if one crate is a different shade to another.

Do i need to seal my paving?

It's a good idea to seal natural stone, you do not need to seal Porcelain because Porcelain does not absorb water and so is easier to keep clean.

If your paving is next to an area where there are lots of trees and greenery, then the chances of your paving becoming green etc and soiled will be higher.

If you use your paving for entertaining and there is a spillage from food, any oily food could stain the paving and general cleaning might not remove this but instead rub the stain into the stone.  It is recommended that stone is sealed to avoid any expensive cleaning equipment such as scrubber drier hire at a later date.

What can i use to clean my paving?

The Pavetuf range offers a full range of solutions that are safe to use, please try not to use bleach as this will discolour your stone.

How will my paving be delivered?

Depending on the size of your order, we will use either:

A pallet Service with kerb side delivery, meaning a tail lift and a hand held pump truck. Please note that the driver is only contracted to deliver kerbside. The pallet pump truck cannot be wheeled over gravel or negotiate other obstacles such as high kerbs, the driver will do all he can, safely.

A pallet service with a moffett which is a forklift that comes with the wagon.

A hiab wagon with crane off facility

A dedicated vehicle

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We do but there is an extra charge for this.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please do not use the pack and take a photo and email it to us as soon as possible to [email protected] or mobile 07703 741973 for our specialist customer service team to issue replacements when possible with next day delivery.

Yes, we do not operate a big stone yard more but if you would like we can send free samples out to you on request.

Is your stone calibrated to the same depth?

Our Hand Cut stone or Finestone is not calibrated. However, most of our paving comes with a calibrated option.  Typically this is 24mm for stone and Porcelain slabs tend to be 20mm deep. There are some tolerances, see each product for further details.
